Provide technical guidance during workshops and assist in the creation and refinement of stories
Configure the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators
Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders
Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards
Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
3-5 years of ServiceNow technical experience
Strong understanding of ITAM processes and project/program methodologies
Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integrations
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience
ServiceNow certifications (CIS-HAM & CIS-SAM)
U.S. citizenship is required
Active Treasury Public Trust clearance is preferred.
