About this role

Evaluate client fitness level and skill set to plan reachable goals
Educate and demonstrate to clients exercise and injury prevention
Create a training plan tailored to client needs
Chart and track client progress
Motivate and encourage client through positive words via app with high level of engagement
Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached
Educate clients on evidence based exercise programming.
Adaptable to a wide range of clients of all ages based on their fitness capabilities
Willingness to work cooperatively with the Dietetics department on patient fitness plans

Bachelor's degree in exercise science, exercise physiology, or kinesiology
2-3 years of hands-on experience in one-on-one coaching, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Clinical experience in a related field is highly desirable.
ACSM certification is mandatory, or required within 6 months of hire.
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with Arabic-speaking patients.
Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in exercise physiology and fitness training.
Ability to work independently and manage remote coaching sessions effectively.
Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Must reside in the US or legally allowed to work in the United States (NPI required)
Bilingual Arabic fluency is a must
