Role Overview
- Develop working relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist with account management such as maintaining customer profiles and service needs
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding shipments and services
- Interface with airlines and carriers to track shipments
- Manage various documents and operational data in software systems
- Create and process invoices and assist with operational reports
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
- Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software applications
- Ability to prepare basic reports and operational information
- Understanding of providers, carriers, and services in related supply chain environments
