- Facilitation of customer shipping requests and coordination within CEVA organization
- Documentation preparation and timely coordination of shipments
- Optimization of the shipment process through policies and practices
- Responding to customer and operational inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 to 3 years ocean freight related experience
- PC literate
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications
- Accurate typing and/or data entry skills
