Role Overview
- Manage New Employee Orientation (NEO) and facilitate the schedule within the factory.
- Partner with the Training Manager on various projects and initiatives driving knowledge and skill development.
- Manage Training Center resources and create standards for new equipment and systems.
- Design, develop and deliver training solutions using instructional design methodologies.
- Incorporate digital solutions and streamline training processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 1+ year of training experience within manufacturing, industrial or related environment
- OR High School or GED AND 2+ years of training experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment
