Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience leading brand, content, or communications strategy, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or high-growth tech environments.
Proven experience owning brand narrative and positioning end-to-end.
Strong visual sensibility and creative direction skills.
Experience translating complex clinical or technical topics into clear, engaging messaging.
Familiarity with SEO and content performance tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Comfort working with modern creative and AI tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, ChatGPT, short-form video tools).
Genuine interest in sleep health, wellness, or patient-centered healthcare.
