Director, MED Product Group Lead – Medical Evidence Generation

Role Overview

• Leads the digital Medical/Regulatory/Safety team responsible for all product/technologies/solutions that enable and support business processes for real-world data (RWD) capabilities
• Sets strategic direction and oversees product management
• Drives AI-powered innovation for Pfizer’s Medical Evidence Generation (MEG)
• Ensures the MED business can enable a strategic, cross-functional approach to planning and producing evidence across the entire drug development lifecycle
• Owns global digital program delivery, ensuring efficient scaling of solutions and streamlined delivery processes
• Creates an environment that champions a product mindset, continuous improvement, and AI innovation

Requirements

• BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience leading platforms and large-scale systems
• Experience in digital product management and 5+ years in a leadership capacity with increasing scope of responsibility
• Proven experience working and building relationships with senior business Executives and leadership teams
• Demonstrated ability and experience in technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
• Proven experience leading product management teams or functions, with accountability for strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and demonstrates flexibility in the face of shifting targets
• Strategic thinker
