Lead cross-functional projects: Take ownership of high-impact initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and RevOps, whether that’s streamlining our forecast process, rolling out new attribution logic, or helping launch a new rep productivity model.
Shape the GTM rhythm: Partner with Sales leaders to run key operating cadences such as forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBRs, ensuring every forum is well-structured, efficient, and driving the right outcomes.
Scale what works: Help build the systems, workflows, and metrics that enable repeatable success, while identifying areas for automation and simplification across the funnel.
Build trust across teams: Act as a thought partner and executional force for GTM leaders, balancing strategic problem solving with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to get things done.
