Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, consulting on the full lifecycle recruiting process—from intake through offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on talent strategy
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent
• Research, evaluate, and implement innovative diversity recruiting tools and resources
• Build and maintain a robust, high-quality talent pipeline
• Lead intake and recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers
• Continuously monitor applicant pipelines and assess sourcing methods
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings
• Evaluate candidates holistically
• Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and employment laws
• Generate recruiting metrics and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Proven record of successful hiring
• Knowledge of labor market trends
• Human Resources certifications, preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
