About this role
Role Overview
Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for closing Enterprise accounts with moderate deal velocity
Manage a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives operating in complex Enterprise environments
Drive strong execution across the funnel, tightening forecasting accuracy, and building repeatable sales excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting
Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives
Successfully led teams selling into large Mid-Market accounts OR Enterprise accounts (1,000–5,000+ employees)
Experience coaching Account Executives closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90-day sales cycles
Highly skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection
Hands-on, and embedded in teams and active cycles (customer first mindset)
Comfortable driving performance through structured coaching, enablement, and training
Successful sales leader at a high growth start up
