Business Development Manager – New Products

Role Overview

• drive regional business development for new products
• translate launch goals into actionable country plans with clear targets
• identify, secure, and successfully convert initial early adopter and reference accounts
• coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Applications, Service, Supply Chain)
• collaborate with Marketing to equip country sales teams with essential tools
• capture structured market feedback to influence product roadmap

Requirements

• possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related scientific or technical field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization
• proven track record of launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences
• fluency in English is required; additional EMEA languages are a plus
• must be able to travel within the EMEA region
