Lead end‑to‑end program management for M&A initiatives from pre‑deal assessment through post‑acquisition integration
Develop and maintain comprehensive integration plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to drive alignment and execution
Partner with Corporate Development and Finance to track synergy realization and business performance against integration objectives
Support governance, executive reporting, and steering committee forums with clear communication of progress, risks, and recommendations
Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, legal, and confidentiality requirements throughout the M&A lifecycle
Lead change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of processes, systems, and organizational structures

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
8–12+ years of program management experience in a technology, engineering, or complex product environment
3–5+ years of direct experience supporting M&A initiatives, including due diligence and integration
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a matrixed, global organization
Strong financial acumen, including experience working with synergy models, valuations, and business cases
Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives with confidence and credibility
Ability to manage highly confidential, time-sensitive initiatives with discretion
