Interim PREA Regional Compliance Manager

Role Overview

• Ensure PREA Compliance at assigned facilities
• Conduct audits and training for department staff and contractors
• Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with federal PREA standards
• Report to the PREA and Constituent Services Unit Director at Central Office
• Travel to field offices and correctional facilities as needed
• Manage compliance for three assigned Corrections Facilities

Requirements

• High School graduation or equivalent
• Three (3) years or more of experience in a role assigned to work in a human service setting on a full-time basis OR three (3) years or more in a protective services or correctional setting
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a human services, criminal justice or related field
• Candidates must pass any level of background investigation applicable to the position
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required
