Organize and facilitate in‑person and virtual training and development sessions to strengthen employee skills and capabilities.
Leverage data — including skills assessments and 360‑degree feedback — recommend targeted solutions, apply best practices that elevate employee performance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the business by aligning training, skills development, and assessment strategies with business priorities.
Proactively identify capability gaps, recommend development interventions, and support leaders in building high‑performing teams.
Work closely with Operations and Plant Business Partners to execute the training deployment strategy, including setting priorities, organizing logistics, and managing end‑to‑end deployment of training and assessment initiatives.
Provide clear action items and follow‑through tools to ensure employees apply and practice skills gained through training and 360 feedback.
Guide employees and leaders toward additional development opportunities and reinforce accountability for sustained behavior change.
Coordinate, administer, and interpret skills assessments and 360‑degree feedback tools. Prepare participants, support leaders in reviewing results, and translate assessment data into actionable, individualized development actions.
Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and practices in skills development, assessment, and adult learning. Partner with Business and Talent Development teams to identify future capability needs and recommend enhancements to employee development programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years' of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Knowledge of training and development principles, including learning principles, instructional design, performance management, and training evaluation.
Experience in the creation of training materials for remote or classroom instruction, preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated abilities in strategic thinking and planning, problem solving, decision making, and complex project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed for influencing, persuading, and negotiating.
Demonstrated success in partnering with all levels of an organization, including skills in relationship building and gaining support for new initiatives.
Up to 75% travel, required.
