About this role
Role Overview
Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and IT.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role definition, interview design, and closing strategies.
Beta-test Greenhouse products, providing actionable feedback to R&D to ensure our platform remains best-in-class.
Drive AI adoption by embedding AI tools into sourcing, screening, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and increase recruiter efficiency.
Optimize technical interviews, including live coding and pairing exercises.
Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes and strategy.
Facilitate regular knowledge sharing and calibration to elevate the team’s collective technical expertise and market intelligence.
Ensure a high-quality experience for every candidate.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including a proven track record of managing senior leadership searches
Deep technical fluency, with a strong understanding of software engineering roles and hiring workflows.
Greenhouse expertise, with hands-on experience managing workflows within the platform.
An AI-forward mindset, with a demonstrated interest in using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to provide product-minded feedback to technical teams.
Advanced sourcing skills for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.
Nice to have: Experience with CoderPad or similar technical interview tools.
Nice to have: Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., Canada or Argentina).
Nice to have: Experience or a desire to represent a company through webinars, events, or thought leadership
