Manage and maintain initiatives related to an assigned program.
Develop systems and procedures to enhance patient care.

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience
Associate’s Degree and four years of experience
Master’s Degree and one year of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Experience in a healthcare setting
Cisco, UCCE and/or Verint experience
