Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and events
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn carousels, reels, cards, and video)
Support email marketing efforts, including list building, copy drafting, and performance tracking
Organize and maintain marketing assets (logos, decks, graphics, and templates)
Maintain basic website updates, including edits, uploads, and proofreading
Support sales and product teams with messaging and promotional drafting, editing, and execution, with guidance provided and final approval required.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
Monitor and respond to Facebook user group messages and comments in a timely manner
Escalate key feedback, questions, or issues to the appropriate internal teams
Engage in social listening across both active and emerging platforms (TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, etc.)
Track trends, sentiment, and community insights to inform marketing and product decisions
Existing social media presence in the behavioral health or ABA space is a strong plus
Requirements
Strong Canva and/or Figma experience, with proven examples of creating eye-catching graphics while maintaining a clear understanding of—and adherence to—brand guidelines and guardrails.
Strong writing and editing skills
Comfort with social media platforms and best practices
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (funnels, email marketing, SEO, paid ads)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Willingness to learn and grow quickly in a fast-moving environment
Genuine excitement about Hi Rasmus’ mission and helping tell our story
Internship or early experience in marketing, content, or communications (Nice to Haves)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite (Nice to Haves)

Experience working in or around behavioral health, healthcare, or education environments (Bonus Points)
