Support and manage the training curriculum for the Oncology Business Unit (OBU) sales teams.
Ensure training curriculum compliance and facilitate Phase II (live) training programs.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams on product launches, label updates, and semester meeting content development and execution.
Collaborate with brand teams, cross-functional partners, and learning peers to support sales capability development, portfolio pull-through initiatives, and scalable learning best practices.
Requirements
Doctorate degree and 2 years of training experience, or training and sales and/or marketing experience
Or Master’s degree and 6 years of training experience, or training and sales and/or marketing experience
Or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of training experience, or training and sales and/or marketing experience
OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of training experience, or training and sales and/or marketing experience
OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of training experience, or training and sales and/or marketing experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
