Proven experience collaborating with various digital marketing teams (SEM, Email, Social, Brand) to amplify messaging and optimize campaign performance.
Work effectively with IT to manage domains and ensure reliable uptime and website security.
Keep up with the latest trends in search engines, SEO and broader digital marketing topics to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
Adhere to SEO/website standards and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, digital media, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in SEO, website optimization, and A/B testing.
Knowledge and passion for SEO trends and UX/UI best practices.
Some understanding of website tech stack WordPress/Elementor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Schema.org.
Strong understanding of website design principles and role of the website in driving conversions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.
Experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.) to measure performance and inform strategy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with holding website agencies accountable a plus.
