Role Overview
- Serve as primary contacts for our clients
- Assess attractiveness of potential targets, turning around underperforming institutions
- Frame strategic issues and shape potential courses of action
- Support client relationship management while executing projects
- Generate new business opportunities
- Develop and execute workplans including analytics
- Develop effective relationships with client stakeholders
- Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team
- Build a personal network within the firm
Requirements
- Engineering, Finance or Commerce undergrad (MA, MBA, PhD an asset)
- Minimum of five years relevant work experience in management consulting, strategy function leadership, or private equity experience
- Work/leadership experience with demonstrated impact
- Personable with strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Advanced modelling skills (Excel) and visualization skills (Tableau and/or Power BI)
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism in both French and English is a requirement
