About this role

Lead CapEx projects that directly impact performance, safety, and success
Promote a proactive safety mindset and strengthen a culture of safety
Ensure equipment is designed, installed, and maintained in alignment with safety standards
Supervise contractors ensuring full HSE compliance
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Identify and prepare capital applications for new investment opportunities
Deliver projects on time and within budget, forecasting, change order management
Develop and maintain a Management of Change (MOC) system
Monitor and manage engineering KPIs, including Budget Adherence and Project Completion

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Minimum 5 years of project management, project engineering, or process engineering experience
Proven success managing projects over $500K
Minimum 5 years leading, developing, and coaching teams
Strong experience with data analysis, project/process management, and risk management
Experience developing and managing KPIs
Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and lead across functions
