Partner with IS-Delivery senior leadership team and functional leaders to understand strategic priorities, delivery challenges, and capability-maturity initiatives.
Maintain an integrated, portfolio-level view of initiatives across Legal, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Controls, Project Systems, Project Onboarding & Training, and related functions.
Act as a coordinating point across functional leaders to ensure alignment, sequencing, and awareness of interdependencies.
Develop and manage the overall initiative calendar, including milestones, dependencies, and recurring leadership forums.
Establish and maintain structured governance rhythms, ensuring initiatives progress with clear accountability and follow-through.
Track commitments, risks, and delivery constraints; proactively surface issues and support resolution.
Develop and maintain portfolio-level reporting that provides visibility into active IS-Delivery initiatives and upcoming projects.
Support leadership with forward-looking analysis to anticipate delivery demands and ensure IS-Delivery is positioned to absorb new work effectively.
Plan and facilitate recurring cross-functional working sessions and leadership reviews.
Ensure meetings are outcome-driven, decisions are documented, and actions are tracked to completion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO, Strategy, Portfolio Management, or related role within a complex organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to independently produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, organize multiple concurrent initiatives, and maintain momentum across cross-functional workstreams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging for executive audiences
