Manage and drive key People Operations projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of people team members and programs
Improve the efficiency of the HR team by partnering with stakeholders to automate and streamline internal processes that improve and enhance the internal employee experience
Expand operations team
Centralize and execute processes that scale, leveraging automations and improvements (Experience with UKG preferred)
Build out ticketing processes and structure to enable SLAs and metrics tracking (Experience with Jira preferred)
Lead core people operations across multiple countries, ensuring excellence and ownership in execution of day to day tasks, auditing and compliance for your team members
Requirements
7+ years of experience in a hypergrowth startup environment.
HR-specific experience in global operations highly preferred
Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Experience working with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive clarity and process improvements
Experience optimizing operations systems to further streamline people processes
