Develop and lead direct reports and engage in performance enablement processes of direct reports
Collaborate with the Service Team leaders and Accounting Operations staff for high-quality customer service
Ensure financial functions comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Manage audit processes and prepare financial audits
Review grant agreements for accurate revenue recognition
Approve cash disbursements for project caseload and monitor cash flow
Organize and supervise annual project audits

6 years of progressive or direct experience and a relevant bachelor's degree, or 8 years of relevant professional experience
2 years of experience must be in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity
Non-profit accounting and government grant management experience required
CPA strongly preferred
Fiscally Sponsored Project accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar enterprise-wide accounting system
