About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
This role will have exposure to confidential and sensitive information so confidentiality is key in this role.
Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and other documents.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective time management skills
