Provides a variety of administrative request for managers across multiple departments.
Coordinates and handles registration of events for managers and department staff.
Creation of communication pieces, and reports in an accurate and efficient fashion
Handles travel arrangements
Backup to receptionist and/or Order Processing Representative
Receives and handles communication within department(s) promptly and courteously
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience and at least one (1) years of relevant job experience
Solid verbal and written communications skills, personal skills and ability to understand, follow the directions and manage multiple deadlines and projects
Strong working knowledge in preparing reports, presentation materials, scheduling meetings
Proficient and accurate keyboarding skills
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Associates degree in office administration preferred
