Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems
Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions and provide guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process

Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent discipline or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of health system operations and dynamics
Experience working directly within health systems
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the healthcare industry outside of pharmaceuticals with a focus on solution-based selling
Proven experience in Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma
