Drive the vision for the GI Salesforce App and lead the design of its overall technical architecture in collaboration with the team
Define the technical design and environments strategy—including deployment approaches—with an MVP and “emerging architecture” mindset
Partner with product owners to align the roadmap with the strengths and opportunities of the technical stack, applying business insight to influence decisions
Guide Agile teams on coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment, translating technology strategy into practical, actionable work
Mentor and coach the technical team, supporting code reviews, building domain expertise, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation
Identify and resolve complex technical impediments that block team progress
Contribute directly to coding and solution development, consistently exploring creative approaches and challenging the status quo
Serve as a technical liaison across teams to integrate applications and implement software engineering best practices that elevate code quality
Requirements
Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Strong executive presence with an ability to translate and communicate sophisticated technical solutions in understandable terms to a broad range of audiences
Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
Significant experience and/or deep expertise with several of the following: Salesforce platform, Web Development, Micro-services, API Development
