Responsible for all Zurn Elkay sink business development, working with Sales Team to deliver.
Develop, align and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and Regional team.
Assist Directors & Finance in forecasting.
Develop/maintain strong key relationships with Winsupply.
Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver budget.
Work with Product Management to identify gaps & new opportunities for BU business.
Work with Product Management to assist ZE product training development in order to communicate value proposition.

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required.
5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field.
Experience with water management and plumbing products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
