About this role
Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of multi ‑ year category strategies for Direct Materials.
Drive strategic sourcing, TCO/should ‑ cost modeling, market intelligence, and value creation initiatives.
Define and manage the supplier portfolio (strategic, preferred, development, exit) with robust SRM and governance.
Lead complex negotiations, framework agreements, and indexation models.
Strengthen supply resilience via BCP, dual sourcing, capacity mapping, and risk mitigation.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Planning, NPI/Engineering, and Finance to align procurement strategy with enterprise priorities.
Accelerate ESG performance, sustainability, and responsible sourcing across the supply base.
Requirements
5–10+ years procurement/supply chain experience with strategic responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Expertise in category management, SRM, negotiation, and contracting.
Advanced financial/analytical capability (TCO, should ‑ cost, scenario modelling).
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross ‑ functional decision ‑ making.
