Role Overview
- Serve as a strategic Talent Consultant
- Develop and implement a talent plan
- Provide consulting support to BHR and key stakeholders
- Measure and report the impact of talent interventions
- Collaborate with Talent Development practice center partners
- Support talent management processes
- Facilitate assessment, coaching, and other interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field
- 8-10 years of progressive talent development experience
- Experience working in large, complex global organizations
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in large professional services consulting preferred
- Solid business acumen
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to think proactively and creatively
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
