Strategic Program Manager, Travel Services

Role Overview

• Lead AAA’s Car Rental Program partnerships across multiple national brands
• Manage partner performance across multiple national brands, ensuring strong results through active oversight of SLAs, KPIs, and program operations
• Support strategic planning and business reviews
• Conduct competitive research and lead key program events to advance continuous improvement and business development
• Drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across one of AAA’s most visible travel programs

Requirements

• 8–10 years of program management or strategic relationship management experience
• Demonstrated contract negotiation and partner management expertise
• Strong financial and accounting acumen
• Advanced program and project management skills
• Experience in KPI development, forecasting, and strategic account planning
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence skills
• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Position requires approximately ten (10) percent travel.
