Role Overview
- Provides management direction and guidance to staff responsible for ERS programs.
- Collaborates with key association clubs and committees.
- Negotiates national contracts with preferred suppliers.
- Develops and manages the annual budget for the ERS Network Department.
- Plans and supervises ERS database functions.
- Prepares presentations and supporting documentation for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in road service delivery, operations, and program development.
- Thorough knowledge of the towing industry and motor club operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong negotiating skills.
- Proven ability to improve business and/or processes.
