Director, Specialty Pharmacy

Role Overview

• Oversees the day-to-day management of client projects
• Mentors and supports the growth of individual team members
• Leads the analysis, design, and implementation of customized solutions
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
• Consults with clients on current workflows and configurations
• Prepares and presents reports, leads key client meetings, and delivers presentations
• Monitors team performance and provides feedback and coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience working with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives
• 3 years in managing others
• Demonstrated experience in making effective presentations to all levels of management
• Good judgement, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative with a strong team orientation
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
