Extend the AI-enabled workflow and reporting platform capabilities of the team.
Responsible for the full lifecycle of application development, including design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into effective application designs that prioritize user experience.
Oversees application debugging, refinement, and performance enhancement.
Provides new and innovative solutions and recommendations to enhance databases with new data sources and improved data processes.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience and/or field of study.
7 years of programming support and analysis experience
Proven knowledge with programming support principals to enhance and maintain system performance
Multiple programming languages experience
Expert understanding of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining software, how it works, and how it often breaks.
Certification and/or post graduate work may be desirable
May require certification applicable to the application being supported
Experience leading operational teams
Ability to create complex test beds, creates test scenarios, create regression tests, document and assess software reliability.
Ability to enhance the end-user experience.
