Role Overview
- Act as the change lead for large and complex transformation initiatives.
- Assess the magnitude of a given change and how it will impact people, processes, and tools.
- Build simple, helpful communication and training materials that make change easier to understand and adopt.
- Establish and track readiness and adoption metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading change for large, multilayered transformation initiatives.
- Experience in consulting or transformation focused roles is a distinctive advantage.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, with proven hands-on application; certification is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical or operational changes in a clear, simple way to a range of audiences.
