Role Overview
- manage high volumes of international loans and monitor transactions
- ensure team meets agreed SLA and KPI metrics
- resolve counterparty issues and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
- demonstrate effective risk management and process improvement
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in capital market, handling a team of over 20
- in-depth knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, Corporate actions
- ability to work and communicate with diverse backgrounds
- MBA/BS/BA or equivalent
- strong management and employee relations skills
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and financial tools (Euroclear, CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND)
