Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, supporting career growth, skills development, and onboarding
Conduct regular coaching sessions, field observations, and performance feedback
Ensure SCs are proficient in relevant industry use cases, Sprinklr capabilities, and new product enhancements
Partner with sales teams to qualify, shape, and support customer opportunities
Serve as a strategic solutions advisor on high‑priority deals, guiding SCs on discovery, solution design, demos, and value articulation
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and solution strategies
Support team readiness by organizing training sessions, sharing best practices, and developing reusable assets
Maintain awareness of emerging trends in AI, conversational technologies, unified customer experience management, and social, marketing, and service technologies
Coach SCs on how to translate these trends into customer‑relevant insights and solution narratives
Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role in an enterprise software environment
2–5+ years of people management experience (team lead, supervisor, or manager level)
Strong track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering value‑driven customer engagements
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent
Experience with complex system design, enterprise architecture fundamentals, and integrations
Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS platform technologies
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and collaborate in a matrixed environment
Experience facilitating or contributing to discovery workshops, solution design sessions, or human‑centric design approaches (preferred but not required)
