About this role

Own and evolve Lumin Digital’s employee talent development domain
Design, deliver, and oversee high-impact learning and development experiences
Establish and maintain clear career development frameworks, tools, and learning pathways
Partner with the VP of Talent and Organizational Development
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development needs
Facilitate and oversee virtual and onsite workshops, leadership programs, and team offsites
Coach managers and leaders to strengthen development conversations
Define success metrics for talent development initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field required
Twelve (12) or more years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
Demonstrated experience owning and evolving enterprise or multi-program talent development initiatives
Strong background in facilitation, coaching, and leadership development
Certification in coaching, facilitation, or assessment tools (e.g., Strengths, DiSC, etc.) preferred
