Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives
Assist with program and curriculum development for global employee development programs
Help promote and support key programs such as emerging leader development, mentoring programs, skills mapping, employee experience and career development
Assist with the facilitation and coordination of virtual and live training sessions
Help manage logistics, communications, and materials for global learning sessions
Support administration of core learning platforms and programs
Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and success metrics
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science or a related field
Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets experience a plus)
Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment
Interest in People & Culture, HR, or Learning & Development in the tech industry
