Conducts onsite visits to potential clients and subject property inspections
Analyzes potential projects and whether cost segregation services are appropriate
Manages multiple engagements/projects
Communicates project status with internal and external clientele
Analyzes information and appropriately identifies technical issues
Reviews junior members’ work product
Manages project budgets
Mentors and develops junior team members
Presents the report and findings to clientele
Assists in the hiring, training and mentoring of staff

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferred
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, CCSP or PE designation preferred. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment
Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating preferred
Experience within public accounting preferred
Experience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation preferred
Ability to identify technical issues, analyze information and report findings to the client
Previous experience training and leading a successful team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy
