Patient Access Director

Role Overview

• Develop departmental policies, procedures, and protocols for patient access compliance
• Provide operational and strategic leadership for patient access functions
• Manage budget to ensure profitability with patient access departments
• Plan and develop systematic approaches to maximize collections and accuracy
• Analyze patient access service needs and implement improvements
• Supervise, train, and develop subordinate staff

Requirements

• Current U.S. work authorization required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Direct Supervisory Experience required
• Patient Access experience required, 2-3 years in a leadership capacity required
• 6-8+ years of healthcare operations experience
