Oversee management and continuous improvement of health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs
Serve as the end-to-end owner of leave of absence and accommodation programs
Enhance operations by improving processes and increasing automation
Evaluate and refine benefits vendor structure
Develop clear resources and engagement plans for benefits programs
Build and advance a wellbeing roadmap
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for program efficiency

5+ years of managing employee benefits programs
Proven operational and program management skills across multi-vendor environments
Effective analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations
Experience managing leave of absence programs and accommodations in partnership with third-party administrators
Ability to identify process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred
