Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets.
Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization.
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of related experience
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, lookups; Power Query a plus)
Experience building and delivering KPI dashboards and executive-ready performance narratives (Power BI/Tableau or similar preferred)
SQL and/or data tooling familiarity for repeatable reporting (Snowflake/Databricks/Alteryx or similar)
Experience with process automation and metric governance
