Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications plans aligned to USAC downstream priorities and go-to-market strategies
Translate product, therapy, and portfolio strategies into clear, compelling messaging and narratives for healthcare professionals, administrators, and channel partners
Own creation and delivery of marketing assets across digital, field, and event channels (email, web, social, sales tools, trade shows, and educational programs)
Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Marketing Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and commercial impact
Act as a brand steward, ensuring voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently applied
Define and track KPIs for communications effectiveness (engagement, adoption, asset utilization, campaign performance)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
6+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within healthcare, medical device, MedTech, or regulated industries
Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Business from an accredited institution
Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel communications
Proven experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations
Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams
Proven leadership experience leading marketing teams
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Master’s degree in Business from an accredited institution
Experience in medical devices, wound care, surgical, or acute care environments
Experience partnering with sales organizations and developing sales enablement materials
Prior experience managing agencies or leading project teams
