Serve as a vital member of DaVita’s Payor Contracting team
Process initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and obtain in network confirmations
Build and maintain strong partnerships with payors
Document workflow actions in appropriate systems and databases
Provide workflow status updates to key stakeholders
Complete credentialing applications and assemble documentation as required by payors
Obtain network participation status from payors
Complete regular audits of workflow to ensure high levels of accuracy
Oversee initial and complex credentialing requirements discussions with entities and agencies

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of six (6) months’ administrative or clerical business office experience required
Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in licensing, healthcare, or insurance preferred
Proven ability to “get stuff done” and build strong professional relationships with internal teams and external payor partners
Innovative and flexible thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple activities and a large workload
Attention to detail and the ability to complete a high volume of tasks accurately, within set SLA timelines and with minimal supervision
Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems
Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change
Remains calm and effective in high pressure and urgent situations
Ability to manage confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
