Role Overview
- Oversees the functions of the Property & Casualty Claims team
- Manages processes, training, and collaboration amongst Claims Advocates
- Handles high profile clients property & casualty claims for top 200 accounts
- Develops, implements and enforces property & casualty claims procedures, processes, and reporting practices
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 10+ years property & casualty claims adjustment experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Property & Causality License preferred
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and agency management systems
