Internal Communications Support: Draft clear, concise internal communications—including newsletters, announcements, and program updates—to support alignment across US cross‑functional teams.
Employee Engagement Activities: Assist with planning and executing engagement initiatives such as town halls, leadership roundtables, team events, and internal campaigns.
Content Development: Support creation of content for engagement programs (e.g., message framing, email copy, visual aids, intranet content).
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with key partners across Strategy & Operations, Sales, Marketing, Medial Affairs, HR, and Communications to gather inputs, track requests, and ensure timely delivery of communications and engagement deliverables.
Project Support: Help organize and manage strategic and operational initiatives by coordinating timelines, preparing status updates, and supporting project documentation.
Meeting Support: Assist with agenda design, note‑taking, action tracking, and follow‑up communications for team meetings and engagement events.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve communication workflows, engagement processes, and collaboration practices; propose solutions and assist with implementation.
Research & Insights: Conduct targeted research to support communication planning and engagement strategies, summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Communications, Life Sciences or related field.
Strong ability to think strategically and creatively with a focus on impact and outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience or coursework in communication, social media, program management or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
