Role Overview
- Assist the Property Manager in supervising on-site staff
- Work with the Property Manager to resolve property management issues
- Work closely with and supervise vendors
- Assist the Property Manager with the preparation of operating and capital budgets
- Conduct routine property inspections
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of tax credit experience
- Sales and/or leasing experience
- General office and accounting skills
- Computer proficiency
