Role Overview
- Lead the entire proposal process, from strategy to final delivery
- Mobilize internal teams and external partners
- Ensure strategic alignment and the quality of deliverables
- Manage the schedule, anticipate risks, and reprioritize as needed
- Establish and monitor the budget related to the proposal strategy
- Analyze RFP/tender documents and identify key issues
- Define strategic direction and differentiating messages
- Develop the proposal’s narrative framework
- Oversee writing and ensure overall consistency
- Maintain the compliance matrix
- Present progress to review committees
- Incorporate strategic feedback
- Ensure editorial quality and the strength of the argumentation
- Ensure delivery complies with official requirements
- Structure preparation of client presentations
- Lead rehearsals and align messaging
- Support teams during clarification and negotiation phases
